Celery

Hembridge Organics' piccalilli is handmade in Somerset with our homegrown veg.

An explosion of flavours enhanced by hearty crunchy vegetables bathed in an aromatic tangy, spicy sauce.

Ingredients: cider vinegar, runner beans, cauliflower, courgettes, tomatoes, onion, sugar, cornflour, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric, cumin, coriander.

 

Organic piccalilli

Benefit from extra fibre and nutrients by eating the skins of your root veg.

This sustainably produced hedgehog brush, made from coconut fibre, is ideal for scrubbing the soil off your root veg.

Look after your brush and it should last for years - just shake off excess water and hang it up to dry between uses.

Vegetable scrubbing brush

An organic sourdough loaf from the Common Loaf bakery,  made with spelt flour and generously seeded with sunflower and linseeds. 

A delicious nutty and chewy sourdough with excellent shelf-life.

With 100% wholemeal spelt flour fermented overnight, this loaf is packed with nutrition and fibre.

Organic spelt sourdough

Made with 3/4 dark whole grain rye and 1/4 medium rye. 
The classic rye sourdough seems to taste better with each day that passes. It has a long shelf life and is rich in B-vitamins.

Organic rye sourdough

A lighter loaf, using half white, half wholemeal, Shipton Mill spelt.  Lovely toasted.

Organic spelt campagne

Made with spelt, yeast and sunflower oil, and slightly sweetened with honey. This tasty bread makes excellent sandwiches for your lunch box.

Sunseed, sesame, poppy and linseed are added to a yeasted spelt dough. Children love it!
