Our Boxes
The vegetables in our boxes are grown by us at Stowey Rocks, so we supply fresh organic vegetables that are in-season. Each week, Remke plans the contents of the boxes to make them as interesting and as varied as possible. On a Wednesday morning we start harvesting and packing for delivery on a Thursday. Salad and leaf crops are always cut on the morning of the day of delivery. So your vegetables could not be fresher if you harvested them yourself.
What's in a box?
Each week we will supply a box of vegetables to meet your needs, you can choose from a range of boxes:
- Small (7-8 items) £7.90
- Medium (9-10 items) £11
- Large (11-12 items) £13.50
The content of the boxes depends on the season and availability.
Look at last weeks box as a guide to what's in our boxes at the moment. Throughout the year we grow more than 100 types and varieties of vegetables, which will be used to make your box varied and sumptuous. Medium and large boxes will also contain speciality produce such as a bag of mixed salad leaves, aubergine and seasonal fruit.
As well as having more variety, medium and large boxes contain larger quantities of some items.
Can I choose the content of my box?
We are sure that you will be delighted with the quality, freshness and variety of the vegetables that we supply each week. Many people like the element of surprise and have discovered new vegetables and dishes as a result. You can choose up to 2 vegetables, which you would prefer not to receive in your box.
How do I pay for my box?
We will put an invoice in your box every 4 weeks and you can either post a cheque to us, or put it in your return box the following week.
Can I change or cancel my box?
If you ever need to cancel or change your box please let us know by Thursday of the week before. If you have already paid for a box that you wish to cancel then a credit will show on your next invoice.
